Terms and Conditions
- Exchange Rates:
- All prices are based in Canadian dollars, US prices are at a pre-set
exchange rate
- ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS
- IF using a US credit card the final exchange rate will be determined
by the credit company from the Canadian dollar total of your order
- Acceptable forms of payment:
- VISA, MasterCard, Online Escrow (tradenable.com), Prepaid: PayPal,
Billpoint, Certified Check or Money order in US or Canadian Funds
- COD, Wire transfer should be arranged by email prior to ordering, to: sales@vfxweb.com
- Canadian residents please add 5% GST
- Shipping and Handling:
- All shipments are sent via Canada Post / US Mail
- Prices are determined by order weight/size and destination
- Maximum order weight is 30kg per order due to postal limitations
- If you would prefer an alternative shipping method please email
specifics prior to ordering, to: sales@vfxweb.com
- Shipping Times quoted on items are ESTIMATED and may vary with
destination/season
- P.O. Boxes: Shipping address must match that on credit if paying by
credit card, otherwise all shipping methods are available
- APO/FPO same rates/services as any US address, delivery times may be
longer
- Warranty:
- All warranties vary for each item, indicated at the bottom of each
item's description
- AS-IS cannot be returned except if incorrectly described at time of
sale
- Warranties cover only replacement or refund within their term (except
for systems where replacement parts are available) , no
technical support will be given
- Returns:
- NO RETURNS without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
- Email: sales@vfxweb.com to
obtain an RMA
- ALL non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Defective and improperly described items may be returned during the
warranty period without any restocking fee, return shipping using the
lowest cost method will be provided with refund
- Refunds will be given only upon receipt of returned items
